Purchasing Our Products

SiteHoster offers three services: Website Design, Website Hosting and Website Management to you as a product package (“Product(s)”). These services are offered as a package and can not be purchased individually.

If you choose to purchase any Product made available through the Website (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (b) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that SiteHoster is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You expressly agree that SiteHoster cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscriptions to our Products

Our Products have a one time setup fee and are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”).

The setup fee and your first subscription payment will be billed together. After the first payment, the subscription fee will continue on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on whichever option you choose.

You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or yearly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription fee will automatically renew under the exact same conditions. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you can contact us. All Subscriptions are based on a rolling monthly or yearly contract.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide SiteHoster with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state/county, zip/post code, telephone number, and a valid payment method.

By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize SiteHoster to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, SiteHoster will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

You are free to cancel your subscription to our Products if you wish at any time. You may request a copy of your website files after it is designed. Some or all of the Product features may not function if you choose to change to a different hosting provider.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to, or use of our Products or Website.

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by SiteHoster on a case by case basis and granted in sole discretion of SiteHoster. There is no refund for the setup fee or first monthly subscription fee.

Refusal of Service

SiteHoster reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, website, or blogs that contain offensive, obscene, hateful, malicious content or any other reason.

Third Party or Client Modifications

With a WordPress website, you can independently edit or update your web pages after completion of the site, unless otherwise agreed upon in this agreement by you and SiteHoster. If anyone other than SiteHoster attempts to update your website and damages the design or impairs the ability for the web pages to display or function properly, time to repair the web pages will be charged at an hourly rate of €40 + vat per hour beyond the time allowed in the monthly management plan. There is a one hour minimum fee.

Fee Changes

SiteHoster, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

SiteHoster will provide you with reasonable notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Products after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
